Plant for application of strengthening and decorative coatings.

The plant is designed for making hard, wear resistant, corrosion resistant and decorative coatings on metal base: Ti, Al, Zr, Cr, Mo, Ni, C and others, and gases: N₂, Ar, C_nH_k, O₂, H₂.

The plant is equipped with:

• three direct flow plasma sources - evaporators;
• highly efficient vacuum system;
• two channel system of working gas supply;
• planetary product rotation mechanism;
• effective high-frequency protection of products from damage by microarc discharges;
• small-sized high frequency power sources;
