Plant for applying thick coatings on bulky products of complex shape.

The plant is designed for application of thick (500 micron) nanostructure protective gas-tight thermal barrier coatings on large products of complex shape, working in harsh environments at high temperatures, including the strengthening of parts for rocket engines.

The plant is equipped with:

• six direct flow plasma sources - evaporators;
• highly efficient vacuum system;
• rotation mechanism that ensures rotation of the product in two mutually perpendicular planes;
• effective high-frequency protection of products from damage by microarc discharges;
• small-sized high frequency power sources;
• modern microprocessor control system.
