Plant is designed for deposition of thick (up to 500 microns) gas-tight protective thermal barrier nanostructured coatings on parts of aircraft, rocket and other heavy-duty power plants ,operating in aggressive environments at high temperatures.
The plant is equipped with six plasma sources for deposition of coating and two plasma sources for ion cleaning and heating of products. Plasma sources can work with cathodes of non-magnetic and magnetic materials.
Product rotating mechanism allows rotating products in two mutually perpendicular planes.
Continuous operation up to 120 hours.
