Plant for application of strengthening and decorative coatings.
The plant is designed for making hard, wear resistant, corrosion resistant and decorative coatings on metal base: Ti, Al, Zr, Cr, Mo, Ni, C and others, and gases: N2, Ar, CnHk, O2, H2.
The plant is equipped with:
- three direct flow plasma sources - evaporators;
- highly efficient vacuum system;
- two channel system of working gas supply;
- planetary product rotation mechanism;
- effective high-frequency protection of products from damage by microarc discharges;
- small-sized high frequency power sources;
- modern microprocessor control system.
